You lead the way along an ancient cobblestone path that takes you into an elegant aviary full of tall, green trees and hand crafted bird houses. Just a sprinkling of magic hangs in the air, you notice, as golden sparkles floating around windlessly. "This is where I spend most of my time." the little drake tells you, chirping happily.
"I especially like the guardian here!" he exclaims, smiling draconicaly. "She is very kind and likes to tell me stories about places and people I've never heard of!" Out of the corner of your eye, you see the slightly short guardian poke out from around a tree and wave to the small drake. He waves back, telling you, "We just call her Pretty Dragon."
As you continue along the old path, zig-zagging between the aged tree trunks, you notice a slight rustling in the leaves above your head. Before you get a chance to look up, the small drake screeches in your ear and darts backwards, just moments before a large, blue dragon swoops down out of the branches. It eyes you theateningly before flying back the way it came. Selakity takes his place back on your shoulder, his little heart beating loudly next to your ear. "That," he whispers breathlessly, "Is a Mist Dragon. They're so quiet and so smooth in their flight that people say they're just like the morning mist! But they won't hurt you. They just like having their own space."
The small drake perks up instantly, looking much more cheerful, and you turn to see what has caught his eye. Hovering around a thickly scented flower bush is a small grounp of gem-colored butterflies with star-speckled wings. The drake chirps happily and says to you, "Look! They're Jewel Butterflies! I haven't see one of those in a long time! They say that if you catch one and whisper a wish to it, they'll make it come true!"
"And look!" he exclaims, pointing your attention just beyond the flower bush toward a strange looking creature. It sits calmly, fanning itself with it's large, marshmallow wings, looking quite content with itself. "That's a Creeto," grins the small drake. "They're so cute and loveable, don't you think? They like to sunbathe when there's no wind, but when it picks up, you won't find a single one of the on the ground! They love to sail through the sky."
A small group of rainbow-colored bird type creatures fly together out of the tree, acting as one large creature instead of a group of individuals. You watch the peck and dig at the ground, looking for a nibble to eat, when the drake says, "Oh, those are Gobees. They're a little scared of other creatures, but they feel just fine when there's more than one of them."
You turn to leave, but before you can get very far, a happy looking creature walks out in front of you and sits in the path. "There's another Digeral!" says the drake, grinning.
