Jewel's Pets

Walking into a brightly lit section of the garden, your eyes wash over the beautiful flwoers and sun drenched statues. Glorious heros caught in stone to be remembered forever. You see a lovely blue creature sunbathing on a wide patch of clover blossoms. She turns to you and smiles.

"Hello traveller." she says, standing to greet you. "My name in Cosimay. I am one of Sanori's last few hippogryphs. You see, we left long ago, before the gardens crumbled and all the creatures died. But we are beginning to come back now. We must also help protect this place. It is our home." she smiles again and nuzzles your hand. "This section of the garden is for very special creatures Jewel has adopted. I will show you around a bit." she contimues. You follow as she walks on, through the large garden. Past a group of willow trees and clusters of the most beautiful flowers, she stops and looks around. "Tolious? Where are you?" she says no no one. Seconds later, a low growl echos through the area, and you stumble back as a large, blue dragon emerges from behind a wall of trees.

"What is it Cosimay?" the dragon grumbles sleepily. His blue eyes watch you cooly, sending chills down your spine. "Who is this? A traveller?" he says, stepping forward to examine you closer. "Ah, I can tell they are no threat. It is nice you meet you traveler. I do hope you are enjoying your time in our garden. My name is Tolious, but I'm sure you know that by now. I am one of many guardians in this beautiful place." the dragon stops and cukcles to himself as three energetic little dragons rush past you and land on the large dragon's back. One of the little creatures, the white one, seems to be holding two shimmering eggs, one green and one white. "These are my chesumu friends, Lunata, Auroarian, and Trickle. Aurorian is holding two other chesumu eggs that are sure to hatch soon."

You listen to the little creatures chitter and croon to the larger dragon, then smile to Cosimay. "They are quite a handful, but such great friends." she says then yawns. "Well traveller, I suppose I'll get back to my nap. Tolious will probably do the same. There are many other things to see though. I'm sure you will want to explore." she continues and lays down in the soft grass.
